Petar was a young man who was very curious about space fleets while he was attending college. He went to his school's library and found a data disk that looked interesting.

The disk was a Concord Public information book that had information about thousands of fleets and ships around the galaxy. Petar read on, he found information about the ships in the Imperial Navy as well as some private navies. He kept scrolling through the endless pages of ships and their systems. Finally he came across a section about the Baronia vi Vulnezia Armada. Vulnezia was a small state in the Amarr Empire that had its own small fleet of ships. Petar scrolled through the Vulnezia section, the Armada consisted of two Battleships, two battlecruisers and several destroyers and auxiliary ships. Petar was fascinated by all the information the Concord ship registry gave on each ship. He was studying computer science and salvage business management so one ship in particular caught Petar's eye in the Vulnezia Armada, he printed the information and took it home to study further.

Petar thought, perhaps one day he would serve aboard a Auxiliary Salvage ship.

Notes: Sold to Insa corp then transferred to Vulnezia in YC 111 , it currently fills a light mining and salvage role. The ship can also be refit in a relatively short time to fit mining lasers for a mining role. INS68 has gone from combat roles to auxiliary roles in its long career proving the versatility of the catalyst hull design.

Programmes: INS68 was a new ship when it was purchased in YC98 and was studied by Insa Corp for its own ship building program before being fitted for combat duty.

Modernisation: YC111 several systems were updated after transfer to vulnezia navy. The ship is still fairly outdated and in need of more modernization.

Structure: Some concern was raised about the ships structural integrity for the future because of the number of times it is refit for different roles.

Operational: Insa Corp used INS68 as a combat platform for several years and even used it in nulsec for a time before the ship returned to empire space.
A former captain of the ship Dexter Lemment stole the ships log books in YC 109. Much of the information about the ships transit from nulsec to empire was lost.
The ship is currently docked in the Misaba System.
