Alright, so I myself was very skeptical. Took a leap of faith, invested 50m, and actually did get 100m in return. Probably the best and easiest way to make isk in my opinion. :)

LOL wondered why he was taking soooo long to post......said he wanted to help me out after 1st double, then i multiplied a couple more for him, i think 200m and 1b, i forget exactly.

Well, from the looks of some of the recent posts, I would say not only is it a place to talk about scammers, pirates, combat, mercs, etc., etc., it is now a great place to advertise your ISK doubling scams... er I mean business.
