Wordpress Plugin Question before submission to wordpress.org

I have just completed a widget plugin for Wordpress to display the mineral indexes from eve-central.com's xml api.

My question regards the copyright notice for the images "icons" i will be displaying next to the names. I'm not sure how to handle the legal issues. For my own website the notice is part of the theme, not the plugin to ensure it is displayed promptly on all pages with copyrighted materials.

I was just wondering if a reminder to review the guidelines is enough or just not put anything at all. The only other plugin for eve on wordpress has no notices at all.
