Lately, I've often been unable to turn off mods (sometimes a shield booster, sometimes an invu field, sometimes a cloak). I find this really frustrating as it can greatly jeopardize my ship or downright make me unable to do what I intended to do.

I've tried turning off auto-repeat while this bug is occurring - it didn't help.
Is this issue client-sided or not?
