POS guides?

Hi there!

I've been playing Eve for a few years on and off and decided to try out Industry and manufacturing. My goal is to set up a Hi-sec POS and do research and manufacturing there.
Are there any guides available as to what skills are needed, how to set-up the POS, what else is required in-between, etc?
I'd greatly appreciate any advice.

Thank you, but I've already tried searching on google. None of the sites I checked out provided a break-down of required and useful skills to have, though, which is why I asked here.

SERIOUSLY! did you actually check the specs on a pos and look at the pre-reqs?

The newbs in my corp have more common sense to actually look into things than you.

FYI you dont do research at a pos, a pos is just a tower, FFS! do some simple in game research.

Do an advanced forum search. Look for posts by me with POS related keywords.

Perhaps another case of someone who used bing instead of google.

bing is great when you are looking for porn. pretty much anything else google is much better.

you will not fing EVE guides using bing or many other search engines. It just dost not seem to get the results. google is best.

don't forget to add the "+" between words so you only search sites with all the words

Hm? I thought putting your search query in quotations does that. For example:
"Eve online POS guide"
