As of now everyone is getting gouged on taxes, as they are calculated from the time where P2s were around 10 000 isk. Their value has since dropped by about half, to 5-6k, maybe 7-8k in the case of depleted uranium.

That is all.

Have a nice day.

CCP made a statement (paraphrased) that they might revisit the fixed value taxation method initially put into place and what is currently at-issue.

Where does CCP stand on this issue?

I've been noticing too that taxation is high. And like with all taxes, once it goes over break point, you're not interested investing time into it.

And if taxes are dropped, all that'll happen is that hisec pubbies will just continue to war that margin down, after which everyone'll start whining about taxes again.

If the prices are dropping since too many people participate form PI, why would they drop the taxes?

Unless there are other reasons for their price to be dropping.
