What, why? That's kind of the point of having an emergency pod.

EDIT: Especially since you get killmails for ships that were ejected from.

Maybe a guy wants everybody to loose subsystem SP when they get their T3 destroyed.

Furthermore on SD - it would be nice if CCP made it impossible to SD inside POS shield. Inside POS shield aggression is not allowed and imho SD is in some way an act of aggression and thus should not be allowed.

So as the original post, if it can't deny anything to the enemy, why not just remove SD for ships altogether?

If brute force isn't working, you're just not using enough.
