WTB High Caldari Standing char 10b+

I am looking for a Char with:
Require Caldari State: 8.0+ (Raw, not skill modified standing)
Require Caldari Navy: 8.0+ (Raw, not skill modified standing)
Require -0.9 or higher sec standing

Highly Prefered(not required) trading skills
Prefer(not required) good Amarr standing also

Plus all of the standard... Positive wallet, no kill rights, etc etc.

My preferred price is 10b, but I do have room to play if the skills and standing are worth it.

I am also willing to take a non-trader char with high standing, but lack of trader skills will mean it's worth a bit less. If the standing is exceptional, I probably won't care about skills and will pay fairly.

Bumping Daily

SP is not that important, but standing is VERY important. To me, the most important type of SP is trading as the char can't make me any money until I get at least some of the basic skills, so that would reduce its value some.

Mind you, a low SP char with just 8.0 standing is not going to be worth 10b.

I forgot to add in the main post is I'm looking at raw standing as skill modified standing does not help me. So 8.0+ raw.

I am also willing to have a lower Navy standing if the faction standing is higher. Eg, 9.0 faction and 7.0 Navy is also fine.

If you had a 9.3+ faction with a 7.0+ Navy, I would not care about the SP at all(that I can think of, could be a corner case with a horrible neural mapping and low SP).
