Context of Mining Barge Changes

1000 dps on a Talos or etc is fun and all, but that's still only 15 000 damage in a 0.5 system. It's not enough to kill even a remotely tanked hulk. In a 0.9 and up, you actually need to use tornados to gank a ship, as you'll only get one volley. This mean one battlecruiser per 10k chunk of EHP.

I think the tank on T1 Mission Battleships is to strong. I can't gank them with a few Caty's or a solo Tornado. The situation is not much better for Lvl 3 Mission Battlecruisers.

CCP should severely nerf their tank so I can pop them easily.

Take a Tornado with 8 720mm Howitzer IIs, Quake M, and 3 Gyro IIs. The guns are unbonused, and I get a volley of 4200 in EFT. Put those guns on a Thrasher with a damage bonus and you're going to get 4500-5000 volley.
