A max-yield Hulk will still only have 17k EHP, which you can pretty easily gank. Not sure what the big deal is.

Yeah he was part of the league of superquitters a couple months back. Luckily for us several of them appeared to have actually held true to their word. CCP has even tried to help us by banning this guy a couple of times for racial and personal attacks when he went on his Mittani stalking crusade. Personally I'm curious to know if he sought help for that. I also can't help but notice that he is in a named corp again. I wonder if GSF will pay him another visit.
