if a moon reads "platinum - 2 batches/cycle (100 every 60 minutes)

do i have to drop 2 harvesters to get the full use or will 1 harvester pull 200 units/hour?

As far as I know, unless they changed something very recently (which I doubt), you can only use 1 harvester to pull 100 units.
The "abundancy" stat is sadly irrelevant, unused, vestigial. Again, as far as I know.

That MIGHT change in the future though, with the extra attention moongoo is getting.
They might finally seed T2 extractors, or they could make it possible to put 2 extractors, or simply buff extraction period, no idea what they plan on doing, if anything.
But there's been no official announcement as of yet, if I have not missed something.
