real technetium fix - easy

We just need to simplify the whole process:

1) Have all the tech moons "dry up" and replaced with some other random type
2) Have technetium "ore" spawn only at special harvestable nodes
3) These nodes would only be in very high res gravimetric (scanned) sites in null and WH
4) Create new harvesting module that can only be fit on certain rare ships, such as a drake
5) Have the ore so bulky that you NEED orcas to haul it.
6) Ships hauling this ore should glow bright red
7) Have the ore only refinable by certain hi-sec refineries, but require new refinery skill at V
8) Once refined, require a special 2nd refining step that involves material only available from 3 different loyalty point stores
9) Make sure the fully refined material can only be sold on contracts

Easy!

Bad idea is bad. Just only having this effect technetium? Not any of the other moon minerals? does not make sense.

CCP already has teased us with planet ring mining. This could be the 2nd source for moon minerals.

Why do I have this sig? I don't smoke.

Oh crafty me....I guess I was being too subtle and someone took it serious. Or maybe english as 2nd language. Or too young to recognize a sardonic post.

Sorry to say this wont fix anything, it might have 2/3 years ago. But the major alliances are just to big. All that will happen is they will find the site and camp the sh!t out of it.

An easter solution would be to delete tech and just have TEc II items made from insane amounts of existing minerals.

Tech is already being nerfed, infact twice in the next patch.

Alchemy is the first nerf, and the change to the barges is the second nerf, less Hulks dying to ganks, etc, the less are being bought, and built, so the demand for Tech is alot less!

Humour is dead. I expected further silly escalations of ridiculosity, not to be taken seriously. Sadly, when you have to explain a joke...

More Tech moons to regions owned by Goons? That should fix it.
