Jabber for EVE Coms- SASL error

Not sure if this is the place to post this but here goes.

SASL error: SASL(-10): server failed mutual authentication step: DIGEST-MD5: This server wants us to believe that he knows shared secret

This is the error I am getting. Any idea how to fix it?
