Character transfer problems

How can I get more active support for a character transfer? I paid for a character over 2 days ago on Sunday the 22nd and provided my account name. The seller has been telling me since then that he is getting errors when he tries to transfer. He has submitted a support petition and I have submitted a support petition, neither are being answered. I have verified everything is correct on my side - the account is not a trial and it has character slots free. The seller claims he has done many transfers in the past, and everything is correct on his side. See below for the related Character Bazaar post name, since I can't insert a link to a forum post (Consider fixing that too, it's incredibly poor design).
