I was just wondering- Does anyone actually produce bulk Meta 0 product in empire for null sec alliances compression runs, or do alliances generally handle this inhouse (ie buying the minerals themselves, building the product themselves and shipping it themselves)?

If there isnt anyone doing this openly as a business model, is it due to lack of demand or lack of profitability in the model?

I see new people start up services like this fairly regularly, but they don't tend to stay active for long.

Personally, I do all my own mineral compression for my sc/cap lines. It's cheap, quick and easy to set it up myself so there is little reason to involve another party. If you run an efficient production operation then involving other people tends to cause more trouble than it is worth.

There are customers out there providing you advertise well enough to reach them and provide a good service that makes their life easier and saves them isk.
