One common theme in eve is risk vs. rewards.
The big rewards usually involve bigger risks.

So out of curiousity, how rewarding are the average scamming enterprises ?
What kind of risks are involved ?

Did you follow some sort of progression from basic, mostly riskless activities to more profitable activities ?

The risk in scamming is spending days or weeks without a single reward. It relies completely on the gullibility of others; every scammer risks investing all their play time in a completely fruitless activity.

The problem is, people actually FALL for these things.

I suggest running scams as a hobby thing to do while you are at a trade center on actual business. Like Floppie said, the biggest risk is wasting your time.

I have a lover, her name is EVE. I see her every night and all she asks in return is that I have a pilot's license.

Yeah I believe the only risk in scamming is your time and your alt's reputation.

I believe the saying applies better to PvP.
