This is a public announcement, and not a public explanation.

Silas delights in flailing from place to place, sticking her nose in every place possible, and then looking affronted and touting her superiority when she's told to mind her own ******* business.

She's mad but she's magic, there's no lie in her fire.

This is possibly one of the worst threads in the history of these forums.  - CCP Falcon

I'll unpack this a bit.

Generally when a corporation seeks to dismiss a high-ranking employee such as a CEO and do it in an appropriate PR manor, they generally site something misleading and generic along the lines of 'resigning for health reasons' or 'resigning for personal reasons.' What is not typical is to state "differences between leadership executives." This brings up a spectre of internal difficulties, reduces share price, and erodes public confidence in the organizations' ability to deliver products and services.

I'll posit perhaps Mr. Khross is perhaps being intentionally vague in the hopes of generating a bit more interest in his little group, which I'll admit has worked to the extent of me commenting thus far.

If he had no intention of being coy about the issue he would have made a more 'generic' resignation, and not seeded his thread with hints of internal strife and discontent.

So, either he wants to pique our interest or he's just being lazy. If he didn't want public speculation he would have phrased his announcement quite differently. He seems reasonably intelligent so I'll have to assume this was intentional.

Ms. Kalaratiri, if this were actually a private matter then it would have been announced and worded differently, or perhaps not announced at all.

Allow me to extend to you the same courtesy of unpacking it a bit.

Perhaps you missed the part where WHG maintains an open policy regarding corporate direction and leadership as announced in its formation.

Secondly, Wiyrkomi didn't make the announcement, I did. It wasn't written in a PR manner, it was written in a simplistic, honest bug vague manner and done so intentionally. WHG isn't concerned with share price and confidence in its ability to do its job remains tied to how effectively it does so and speaks for itself.

Put more simplistically for your sake, differences with leadership is exactly that. End of story.

Malcolm why haven't you realised your corporations are corrupt? You have spirit. Join us and become a mercenary, sure you may become hunted but if you are hunting... I am merely suggesting for its only a matter of time before your corporations structure crumbles. Halete flew under my leadership, it was brief but only a fool would say she hasn't turned into a true warrior.

Again. Mercenary work. It is the future (and the past) of warfare.

I've been a mercenary before, Zanziba'ar. I've no desire to return to that life, especially under your banner.

Also, I do believe the Reijokkan of the Honor Guard, and many of its pilots will take direct offense to your statement that they're corrupt.

Furthermore, you have absolutely zero information pertaining to why I stepped down and eventually relinquished my membership of the Honor Guard so your assertions have exactly that much value.

As a side note, I have a measure of respect for Halete and I think you could profit from her guidance.

Im pretty sure there was a time she profited from my guidance, Malcolm. And not under my banner? I fly with two caldari pilots i have utmost respect for, both who love there state. Neither have complained in our years together. What is wrong with MY banner? That i do take personal offence to.
