How can i know what was traded and can i do it at all? Is there are api for this?

I don't think there is any way to know on what was traded (like station trading) using the API.
You could however do the trades using contracts, which has been added to the API a couple of months back.

Also, money trade (or in other words donations) can be easily grabbed using the WalletTransactions API.

No, there is one chance (atm) to get traded item but it's not easy way... So i just searching easy way such as specific xml api. :(
