Anyone come across these elusive creatures?
Yea, I know this is not the place for recruitment.. but desperate (bored) times call for desperate measures

Bite Me Inc. has an auzzie contingent. I don't know of any purely auzzie corps though.

I belive Starf*ckers is, but i'm not shure if they are still around and in W-space.

Lots of W-space corps are recruiting AU tz players to keep the hole alive when the Yankee's sleep and the Eurotrash is at work.

Thread title needs to be adjusted to say Ozzie/Kiwi corps, there is something wrong when you put a Kiwi ahead of us. Twisted

I believe we encountered Austudy in WH space. Pretty sure they were living in a C4.

By encountered I mean one of their directors was exploring our WH in his pod. Well, by exploring, I mean AFK.

We have an aussie TZ, its small but for the most part our PST guys have no lives, and our EU guys are mostly unemployed.

Not sure what that actually says about the EU contingent, but hey, whatever!

AU TZ represent \o/
We have an ok number of AU guys (more than most) since my old AU only corp folded into BITIT.
Recruitment currently closed but should reopen fairly soon.

As an NZ/AU TZ player I have had mixed success in trying to find decent groups operating at similart times. Even in groups with claimed NZ/AU contingents it's seemed to be very much a secondary or tertiary element, and most of the main ops are timed for US or EU operators. That's not something to moan about, tempting as it sometimes seems, just a fact of the where the player numbers are.
I use weekends as an opportunity to join those larger ops, as my afternoon overlaps with US TZ yesterday-evening ... which is when a lot of larger ops seem to occur.

In my w-space ganking efforts I've had a lot of difficulty finding systems with operational peaks (NPC kills) fitting with my hours of operations. They're kinda rare and when I find one I hold on to them tightly by camping a scanner alt so i can go back again laters.

Having said that we (AU/NZ) are often attractive recruits for larger groups as we can bridge the quiet periods between the US and EU hordes. Even tho I am not doing a lot of w-space PvE atm my TZ makes me useful for off-hours POS work, quiet time logistics, and getting in somewhere before my russian colleagues / enemies wake up.

Good luck finding yourself an antipodean haven.

I guess I am almost a 'vet' by now. Hopefully not too bitter and managing to help more than I hinder. I build and sell many things, including large collections of bookmarks.

BITIT AU reporting in.

Skeptical Design is pure AU, but they are a fairly small boutique corp made up of a bunch of friends. Vinndel the CEO mentioned some other largely AU WH corp he had been talking to, I can't recall who. Sudden Buggery apparently has a large AU contingent as well.

As a note, the best times to get on ops for AU guys is in the mornings on weekends or late night if you dont work. (local time).
Should be noted that the AU TZ is perfect for WH PVE since hardly anyone has much of a fleet available at that time.
(Also get first pick of sites right after DT if youre after PVE.)
