If each complete rotation (of your ships cameras around your docked ship) you incurred a .01 ISK fee, do you feel this would deter from your much privileged ability to perform this timeless activity?

I think it would make ship spinning a much more valuable activity if there was a cost involved. I would feel a stronger need to spin my ships if I had to pay for the privilege.

How much of an ISK sink do you think this would be?

How much? I think... um... seven.

How would you feel if CCP implemented such a charge as a social experiment.

It would brighten my day for a moment while I chuckle at that particular line in the patch notes. I do not think it would have any long-term effects on my feelings, however.

I don't judge people by their race, religion, color, size, age, gender, or ethnicity. I judge them by their grammar, spelling, syntax, punctuation, clarity of expression, and logical consistency.

How come we get tweets about ship losses and industry stats, but we never see any stats about the number of ship spins per region? Or station with the highest number of spins per month?

Pon Farr Memorial: once every 7 years, all the carebears in high-sec must PvP or they will be temp-banned.

Could be tracked locally only and not pushed to the servers, besides if they tracked it people would hack it, and accounts would be banned for ship spinning bots.

Now with 100% less Troll.

To every ship (spin, spin, spin)
There is a fitting (spin, spin, spin)
That justifies its being (spin, spin, spin)
And a micro-ISK cost for every (spin)

I turned off station environments so that it loads a static picture of my ship. I've almost broken the habit of spinning.
