CCP has managed to alienate a significant percentage of their player base due to recent gratuitous changes . . . and a number of failed or unpopular changes.

Now they say it's all about us. Horsepoop.

What about something really simple, like making the 'X's on popups close them reliably? Or is that too difficult?
