location id conversion to solar system

Hey,
Ive been searching for a while now and can't figure out how to convert some of my location ids to solar system ids.
Some example locations are:

location: 61000020 is not found in stastations
location: 61000022 is not found in stastations
location: 61000129 is not found in stastations
location: 61000038 is not found in stastations
location: 61000186 is not found in stastations
location: 61000203 is not found in stastations
location: 61000191 is not found in stastations
location: 61000145 is not found in stastations
location: 61000076 is not found in stastations
location: 61000184 is not found in stastations
location: 61000195 is not found in stastations
location: 61000043 is not found in stastations
location: 61000143 is not found in stastations
location: 61000084 is not found in stastations
location: 61000075 is not found in stastations
location: 61000189 is not found in stastations
location: 61000202 is not found in stastations
location: 61000199 is not found in stastations
location: 61000121 is not found in stastations
location: 61000016 is not found in stastations
location: 61000261 is not found in stastations

I have been cross-referencing against the stastations table from the eve dump.
Subtracting 1000000 from the id does not fix this issue either. Does anyone know what these ids represent?

They are conquerable stations or outposts. Details can be found from the API https://api.eveonline.com/eve/ConquerableStationList.xml.aspx
