This item has not been removed from game.

I petitioned it and its just a very rare drop as there are so many other things.

It drops in 1 and 2:10 ded sites and dread frigate spawns in empire you find in belts.

This isn't a troll, just some information. You can't say it has been removed from game when it has not.... VERY rare tho.

You are utterly ********. This item HAS been REMOVED from drop tables. It stopped dropping in 2006 and has not dropped ever since, don't try and post crap if you have no idea what you're talking about. The fact that CCP added all faction item to the market does not make it an item that drops.

You may want to consider some simple forum rules:

I have a cat, its the only cat of its kind. i value it at 10 billion usd, why cant i get a loan with that cat as collateral?

Simply because the item is rare doesn't instantly make it a collector's item worth billions. The item has to have a very high demand for that.
For instance, my poop is probably one of the rarest items in this universe. There is nobody else out there that has my poop. You think anyone will want to buy it for billions of isk solely on that fact?

Add to this that your claim for this item having been removed from drop tables has been contested I don't think you have much going for you anymore. (Your aggressive response to that even further casts doubts).

Items that have no functional use in game can still have intangible value, such as sentiment, nostalgia, or other emotional attachments.
The fact that you don't understand this means you don't understand what constitutes a collectible item.

I would also ask you to keep your raging adolescence restrained as such posting behaviour as you have demonstrated in your last few posts can be seen as breaking certain forum rules.

Two, you are the person who is trying to down something that you have more then shown you are completely clueless about. I have said from the start that there are many people who would pay alot for this item just because you cant get it anymore. You made the claim that its lack of usefulness makes it worthless which isnt true.

Last, If you can read which I have begun to wonder, you would see that senseless posting in another persons thread about off topic subjects is clearly against the rules. Furthermore you have changed a discussion about an item into a personal attack against me and what I KNOW to be true simple because you do not like the things I have said.
