Minimizing Snapped Windows

Actually, before I present my case, I request that you actually make "Minimizing" windows MEAN minimizing, and not HIDING windows. I think there's a little ambiguity there. When I talk about "minimizing" in this petition, I mean to shrink the windows into small bars.

I constantly minimize my windows using TAB in order to see things on my screen better on several occasions, and after doing so for a while, I was somewhat irritated that there's no specific customizable keyboard shortcut for MINIMIZING all windows, only hiding all windows, at how the windows minimize in rather odd and in a semi-random manner, ESPECIALLY if almost all the windows are snapped to one another.

If I may suggest, can you make it so that minimizing in the direction of <Distance to Edge of Screen> takes priority instead of minimizing in the direction of <Closest snapped window>?

e.g. I have a set of windows in this fashion (forgive my terribly crude illustration with dots and lines):
..........__ __
..........| .... ....|
..........| .........|
__ .__| ...2... |
| ........|..........|
| ...1...|..........|
|__ __|__.__ |
| .........3....... |
|__ __ __ __ |

Windows 2 and 3 are at the edge of the screen (at the border where brackets move around the screen, so not THE very edge of the screen). Window 1 is only touching the left border and is snapped to windows 2 and 3. 2 and 3 are snapped to each other as well.

CURRENTLY, what happens when I minimize all windows right now is that window 2 minimizes to the top, dragging window 3 with it and leaving window 1 minimized in the middle of the screen, leaving them like this:
a
............__ __
__ __|__2__|
|_ __ 3 __ __|

__ __
|__1__|

. . . . . . . . . . . . < - Bottom of screen.

What I'm asking is if you can make it so that all windows snapped to each other minimize in the direction of the window closest to the edges so that windows like Window 1 don't stay in the middle of the screen. And since windows 2 and 3 are both on the border, they split from each other when minimizng, despite being snapped together.

So it will look something like this:

..............__ __
............|__2__|

__ __
|__1__|__ __
|__ __2__ __|

I know this is not too important, but it's something which has been buggimg me for a while. So, in summary:

1. Clear the difference between "minimizing" and "hiding" windows.
2. Make a specific keyboard shortcut for MINIMIZING all windows.
3. Make windows minimize in the direction of the snapped window closeset to the edge of the screen.

Thank you!
