Hi there! So after a yearish break from Eve Im Back!!

My situation is, Minmartar focused - Can fly Tempest, Cant afford tempest.

So Basically! i have 250mil and wanna know the best/fastest ship to smash out either l3/4's in to get a tempest then i should be set.

Hurricane in L3s is going to be your best bet. Also, you should be aiming for a Maelstrom -- not a Tempest -- for L4s.

Vargur is a beast; you'll be very happy with it. Do start with a Maelstrom though; they fly similarly.
