Seeding for Knockout-Phase

CCP could you please state how exactly you gonna seed the Knockoutphase?

I reckon #1 of Group A goes vs #2 of Group B and so on.

But who will the winners have to face next?

I know that both from group A can not face each other before the end.

Does that mean that all first place from Group A, C, E, G will be placed on the left tourney tree?
and that A may face C if both win their first knockout match?

or is it A vs E or G ? you get the point...
