If one big alliance joins one side someone will join the other and the escalation will begin. Might even bring some null sec battles to low and high sec. Let's hope the Minnie's bring some big fights when it all kicks off :)

Datacentres are your friend. http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Data_Centers

Also last time I needed a standings bump to slap a pos up, I booted every toon with **** standings out. 1 DT later, Standings were great, pos was up isk was being made and all toons returned.

You just have too slap a gun to the head of everyone with **** standings, and for the next 24 hours make them plex. Its boring, but with every promotion their standings increase.

Don't ask about Italics, just tilt your head.

Posting in a hilarious and actually quite informative thread. Thanks.

I assure you we would not ignore them, provided we can field similar numbers.

Besides replying to that quote, I don't think there's much to say here besides what's already been said. Quickly though, I think there seems to be a misconception that Nulli flies nothing but geddons.

I don't think its easier because there are less systems. You have to take 80% of the total systems either way. Yes minmatar have to take fewer systems but the number of systems they can "pass" on, and still get to tier five, is also fewer. I think that is equally as important if not more so.

Actually the fact that amarr hold so few systems makes our strategy clear and we shouldn't really need to defend any systems. We won't have to "hold" any systems as long as we flip all the systems at once we can hit tier 5. Once we get enough vulnerable, or close to vulnerable, we can form a large blob and just go system to system flipping what we need for tier five. We should, of course, plan on flipping a bit more than they need so it costs less lp and we don't miscalculate and only hit tier 4. Kicking minmatar out of some of their bases would also be wonderful, but it's not necessary.

You guys could easily be **** blocking the Minmatar tier V dumps by never letting them reach the needed system levels. If nothing else Amarr could be doing that. You guys don't have to defend any space vs farmers but we do. Because Amarr don't try to put any real effort in capturing systems, Caldari gets stuck defending vs both Gal & Min farmers.

Our plan is much better. Amarr are building a que of vulnerable systems and contesting other systems. If we hold on flipping them until we can strike tier five then gallente will get swarms of amarr farmers. And your minmatar farmers will disappear because their lp will be worthless.

We've been doing quite well with that.

That's cool and all but didn't you guys say that you would leave Amarr FW once you cash out at T5? So the "farmers" of Minmatar won't disappear, we'll just not have T5 for a couple weeks while we farm all the Amarr systems back. Mmmm delicious LP.

I won't leave. I will cash in and buy plexing ships to fight the minmatar who try to offensive plex those systems back. Hopefully the lp will last me through the time it takes for the minmatar to slowly win back systems to hit tier 5, if they are smart, and then again for amarr to plex it back to tier 5 for another cash out.

I am not sure how long these cycles will be, but I think it will work well. Large cash outs to buy lots of ships to go blow up. Why would anyone leave faction war?

If it works like I think it will I will never have to run another stupid mission again. I can just pvp and plex and afford the ships I need to do that. No alts running missions, just pvp all the time.

I really don't think I took anything away from skimming this thread. I am also not contributing anything either. So I think that this post will fit right in.

Hi Amarr scum, can't wait to fearlessly blow up in front of you guys again when I have free time.

Hugs Matari brosefs.

But FW missions are the best way to make FW LP! Plexing is really done by alts nowadays.

Well that will change if ccp adopts the changes hans is recomending.

But yeah I agree I think missions need to get an lp nerf.

Thing is amarr T5 will never be as good for all the people who love to farm FW for LP because their missions suck (suck here having the meaning of not easily soloable in a SB).

This is, perhaps ironically, in the amarr's and caldaris favor. Because amarr missions are so hard that means plexing becomes a relatively better way to get lp. That means if amarr can hit tier 5 gallente will be feeling a huge pressure of amarr plex farmers.

Of course once we and caldari hit tier five then you all can use the same strategies to climb your way to tier five. Lots of fighting in plexes and enough isk to pay for the pvp. Its a win win.
