Members of my fleet not getting standings?

We are doing level 4 missions, but they are not getting standings with the agent or corp, even when I clicked yes on the spare rewards button....

What have hapened?

I assume you guys are in a fleet together. That's weird then, it should work.

They restarted EVE and standings appeared. It is working.

if those in fleet are in different region, standing won't appear until restart.
