Even though he is clearly traumatised by some horrific childhood incident, and the only way for him to prevent the tendrils of those dark suppressed memories that roil beneath his skin from bubbling to the surface and tearing his fragile psyche apart is to TALK VERY LOUDLY AND EXCITEDLY ALL THE TIME ABOUT STUFF AND WHEN HE HAS RUN OUT OF THINGS TO SAY JUST KEEP SAYING MORE THINGS BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH WHAT HE WAS SAYING SHOULD CLEARLY HAVE ENDED HE STILL CANNOT STOP OUT OF THE MORBID TERROR OF REMEMBERING THE UNIMAGINABLE OH PLEASE GOD DONT TURN OFF THE LIGHTS THEY MOSTLY COME AT NIGHT MOSTLY

I like MB, the 'yahno' thing is a tad annoying but meh... better than past commentators. I do miss Verone, and definitely Shadoo.

Thought the 'commentators' are just there to entertain us, tbh.

Inbetween the either way-too-zoomed-in or way-too-zoomed-out camera shots, and the inability of CCP to provide decent coverage even for the commentators, and the "may or may not be ewar effects".. at the end of the day the best footage is simply the post-battle uploads on youtube.

I tend to watch the commentators as added entertainment, or more 'presenters' of the fights, and in that regard, I think even these CFC-nubs are doing alright.

Personally I'd like to see Verone (and the beanie) back, but I'm biased as he's a friend of mine. However, I think that everyone is doing a great job, even MB. Haters are just gonna hate.

One thing to remember is that all of these people are Devs and players, not professional actors or television broadcasters.

And, MB, during the PL-RK match you were absolutely crazy-hilarious.

I also thinks he is doing okay, considering that the commentators only does this once a year i think they all are doing a great job.

I'm a relatively respectable citizen. Multiple felon perhaps, but certainly not dangerous.

LOL classic. The commentary needs larfs just as much as it needs intelligent analysis of what's taking place during a fight. He's doing a good job.
