Is there an app out there or a spreadsheet that calculates the cost to wardec a corp or alliance?

If there is no app does anyone know the formula and I can work it out myself.

As I understand it the costs increase for any corp or alliance above 116 members but I have searched and cannot find any info.

Help would be appreciated.
