My application to join Gallente FW was denied, why?

I've seen applicants rejected on the basis of their character's name.

Sometimes it's due to questioning the thought process of someone who would choose an iffy name. It's also due to not wanting to have to say the name in teamspeak.

Let be honest. The Mafia no longer commands the "respect" it once did. Nowadays they're known for fraudulent behavior with Olive Oil exports. (/roll) It's so bad that anyone who wants to be in the Mafia is pretty much guaranteed to have substandard abilities (i.e. they're too stupid to accepted elsewhere.)

It's no wonder that you weren't allowed in a FW organization.


P.S. No one likes a princess, especially if they self-describe as such. If you want to be the center of attention, go do something that will scandalize your Mafia grandfather. Dating a black guy should do it.

Not really sure it is based on my in game name since there is nothing wrong with it.

1) There is nothing wrong with being gay
2) Godfather is cool
3) Everyone loves a princess

I'm pretty sure they are just idiots.

Also I don't think anyone appreciates how difficult it is to make a character that looks like an asian drag queen.

Please keep in mind that just beeing gay is still punishable by death in a few countries and it's persecuted in many more. EVEs playerbase is made from players around the world. Your choise of name may offend people from certain areas, they may think beeing gay is morally wrong just as others think its not. Even in the "morally advanced nations" you will find a noticable amount of haters.

Our civilization as a whole is far from beeing mature enough to show the necessary tolerance, acceptance and respect to all things/ideas/human beeings/cultures/religions/minorities/etc. Maybe one day far in the future this might change, but right now we are still barbaric savages.

Oh ok, so what I am hearing is that because some people don't like gay people that it is ok for them to hate on them and kill them. That isn't even where I was going with this but sure buddy. I would be interested to hear how you justify the *** as well.

Problem is you're advertising you're gay, so it's not surprising some people will not want to associate with you as they would not wish to be labeled gay simply because they're not.
