What would YOUR priorities be for the Winter Expansion?

Generally shake up the mess you have with monopolies and remove the molasses of the few holding so so so much with so little effort.

1) Fix POSes so you don't want to pull your hair out / sleep at the keyboard setting the buggers up and stripping them back down

2a) Off line and unanchor all POS's that have no fuel and not been touched for 5/10/20 days?
2b) Remove that force field on POSes (CCP Greyscale may have said this as an idle thought, but it's downright good game changer)

THEN

3) Dynamic moon mining - Mined tech for 30 days, oh gosh, we depleted this particular resource on this moon (and it spawned somewhere else!)

4) Sit back and watch the fireworks as blue renters suddenly find themselves mining Tech while their masters find themselves scrambling to locate the new tech fountains every month. Enjoy the cycle of exploration and discovery every 30 days (and all the fights that occur due to this)

5) Remove pirate ships / ship mods / implants from high sec (just CONCORD every ship with them in until everyone is retrained) and prepare a low sec JITA for these babies

6) Profit as now people have a reason to chose low sec over high sec 100% of the time

7) Any ship containing another ship which was recently (less than GCC timer) used for an aggression in low sec, that jumps to high sec is CONCORDED for harboring tools used in an aggression.

There are good ships,

And wood ships,

And ships that sail the sea

But the best ships are Spaceships

Fix lag.

Specifically- the way systems dynamically handle 'a lot of dudes.' One thing I noticed during our recent deployment to Delve was that the systems down there seemed a lot more "fragile." In the north- moving around in a 250 man fleet rarely causes much lag or Time Dilation.

In the south, almost every system, gate, dock, undock, titan bridge would cause massive lag and Tidi.

I want to see fluff.

Particularly things like more visible damage to ships, better wrecks, and better destruction of ships i.e. not dying in one big explosion but breaking into bits and making a mess of the battlefield.

From Art: I'd like to see them keep going on the V3 project and hopefully get done with capital ships for winter. Then move to non-ship assets for summer 2013.

Lock Tallest and Ytterbium in a room with as much caf-pow, bread, peanut butter and jelly as possible to get through ship balancing.

From UI: Overview 2.0 Current overview works but it is not very sci-fi.

From game design: Treaties! Sov 3.0 (making sov descriptive instead of prescriptive, giving more reasons to have sov, null industry not head bangingly bad compared to high sec)

From Content: More mission diversity, More incursion site diversity (not increasing the number but diversifying the types), more exploration site diversity

From the rest of the teams: dead horse POS and corp management if they can fit it in.

CCP is doing it right. No complaints here.

Edit: Actually, let me add one more that they are NOT working on... logistics is too easy. Teleportation has rendered much of logistics invulnerable. Would like to see that addressed.

To limit Non Aggresion pacts in null, you would have to rewrite the human tendancy to find friends which isn't going to happen. If you try limiting the number of things an alliance can blue, people are just going to go around the system to have more blues.

There's a lot of stuff I would like to see, but for a top 3:

1. Pirate involvement in Faction Warfare
2. Continuation of the Ship Rebalancing Effort
3. POS Overhaul

1. The addition of ring mining. (also plasma mining, and anti-matter mining for some real danger - either solar, wormhole, or comet harvesting)

2. A true gas dedicated mining ship - not a mercoxit mining ship modified to harvest gas. We have t2 gas harvesters.. we just want something to put them in with a small dedicated advantage to gas harvesting.

3. The moon mining price spike safety valve (alchemy or what ever ccp decides will work).. as well as some small redistribution of moon resources.

4. Other new ships.. (more than one frigate)

5. Add back the orca ore bay entry in the right click on ship pull down menu.

6. Overhaul t2 insurance to be slightly less of a hit. (instead of just replacing a hub cap it might actually pay for at least half the base value of a ship)

7. Add a smuggler profession with new rigs and maybe implants to help with a chance to actually smuggle in high sec and cover or disguse cargo in high / low / null

8. Finally add the tug and salvager drones.

9 Lower the taxes on PI in high sec - or else up the value a little..

10. Make wrecks switch to abandoned state after 15 or 30 minutes.

11. Do something more with abandoned alloy so that the actual alloy is useful and not just a refining resourse. (metalurgy?)

12, Fix the forum so it can support full BB Codes for commonly used browsers instead of just a player supported fix that only works on some browser versions sort of.

13. Add a button to the solar system map settings for exploration to toggle "show all" off... so that hints and other text popups are disabled temporaily while you scan and can be turned back on quickly.

1) Give us t3 dessi's.
2) Fix/tweak/rework POS's - make them modular and remove the force field.
3) Rework technetium
4) Add ring mining.
5) Add tessellation and custom ship skins
6) Finish balancing ships
7) At least give us a lounge in the station where our avatars can meet up, maybe play a game, and buy drinks.
8) Player made bounty contracts.
9) Add a mid-range freighter that doesn't require un-necessary skills to pilot(no mining or cyno) just straight up freighter pilot skills.
