Question for the folks who have attended Fanfest

So, thinking about making the trip for the next one. Fun party, internet spaceships, neckbeards, presentations, all good.

But to me, the more interesting people to talk to would be the business folks behind CCP. Devs and artists and whatnot are interesting, but I'd more like to hear what the people who do the advertising, the community management, the affiliate program, the press releases, and the PR and so on have to say about their experiences. Do the people who represent this crowd at CCP also attend/show a public presence? Do they tend to be as willing to engage?
