What I'm looking for:
T2 Armor Tanking skills
Basic Navigation skills
Basic Gunnery skills
Good Capacitor skills
Amarr Battleships III or better
Large Energy Turret III or better

I'm NOT looking for a super high SP main. I'm looking for a basic character with these basic skills, and honestly I'm not interested in paying for much more than those skills. I also don't need these immediately, so I'm not going to bite on high prices. Additionally, if you have something close to what I need, feel free to let me know.
