How can CCP Reduce tears

New Skill - "Tear Reduction"

Blocks the victim of a gank from talking in local for 15 minutes. Each level adds an 10 additional minutes up to a maximum of 55 minutes at level 5.

New Skill: Tear Finder

At level 1, improved search functionality on the forum with filters for low, medium, and high tears.
At level 2, have ability to mark threads as low, medium, or high tear value.
At level 3, will receive notifications about new posts that shed tears.
At level 5, access to CCP's quality assurance recordings to the customer service hotline.

It should work like this.

Open a window? something with a notepad effect. But attach it to a script, Add tears to said notepad scripty thingy,

Anytime your ship gets exploded that message is put into local.

Ive had guys have to mail me because i didnt givem the time to tea...I mean type in local. Which is kinda sad.But not really since he sent them in the mail. Cool

Signatures wer cooler when we couldn't remove them completely.
