Hi there

I am looking to buy a new character, here are some highlights I'm looking for.

-Around 10mil SP +/- some maybe
-T2 Guns
-Preferably Gallente but will accept Amarr or Minmatar (No Caldari)
-Good Support skills in general

While my requests may be to specific, I am pretty flexible on how many of those need to be filled so feel free to offer anything that fits some of those.
