So... what can I do in a C4 WH?

Long story short, me and some cohorts are moving into a C4 WH. What can we do in there? Is it pretty much just null but without other players?

Solo you can't do much in a C4 other than mine, harvest gas, and do PI. You can explore your neighboring wormholes though, which can increase the list of things to-do to include sleeper sites and maybe even PvP.
