Issues, Workarounds & Localization

I put up a POS today and it was all fine until i had installed a hangar array and a lab. I went out of the hole to grab some more datacores and when i came back i cant put them into the lab, it says they are "locked" as if they are actually moving but awaiting response from server.
This is only where the toruble began, suddenly i couldnt switch to my orca in the array, when i right clicked it and chose board ship nothing happened and suddely i cant right click anything in the array.

After 5 minutes i get this:
Your client has waited 5 minutes for a remote call to complete.
This could mean that the server is very loaded.

Please be patient, chances are that the call will complete eventually but depending on the load it might be considerable time.

I clicked the link and got some debug tool or whatever that i have never seen before, the call to change ship is there and stays there for 10, 15, 20 minutes. I decide to log off and see what happends. Nothing really happened, everything was back to as it was before, the datacores are in my cargohold and i still cant move them to the lab. I try to jettison the datacores but i cant put them into the lab from can either. Suddenly i need to relog to pick them out of the can again.
I try to switch to another ship, that worked fine but the old one is still in space and i cant board it. And wtf, my new ship is speeding at full speed, i cant stop it!

Dear CCP, WTF? Im paying fuel blocks to keep this POS up and i cant do anything with it..

Also every time i log in now my login warp is opposite, i warp from where i logged in to nowhere but i still have all things from login spot on overview, several AU away.
