well it takes a very very very long time to render this, over 24 hours do you think i want to keep changing it all the time ? I know if i do, you guys will say somthing else wrong with it ..

Like i've said, its a hybrid video anyways, incase of confusion seen as I'm in blaster ships a lot, i mean a one off... I will be returning to the boring style videos that we all have come so used to!!

What was that? First i thought my monitor was just too dark, but it wasnt... could barely see anything, the vid is way too dark. Even with Video settings of VLC I could not get it right.. turned it off after a few minutes. And from what I saw, it was very fast playback, did not like that either.

I liked your previous videos, but this is the worst of all in terms of editing (dont care about the overview, but It is hard to see anything.. just too dark). And the fighting replay is also very fast....

I can only agree to the stuff said, footage was great but it was so dark and faded out that one lost the awareness whats happening.
I needed to reward to actually see that there was a vindicator and again to see that it really popped.

Tbh, i'd render it again if it was mine. Too much of something good can be to much.
The opening was good, second ingame opening took too much time.

I agree with some of the comments, because it was overly stylized. That Go Go Dancer was very distracting (lol). I had no issues, being able to see the overview. I don't believe the content was really good. Infact, there was no real improvement over your last video, in terms of pvp (just better editing).

There may have been 1 engagement worth watching in this video. That was the only engagement where I believed you may have lost the Vindicater (with that said, the title of this video then seems funny).

I kind of skipped threw the Machariel engagements, because clearly you were using a Machariel like a Vindicater. Either that or those were piloting errors.

Was good overall. Megathron clips, were the best part of that video <3

I still think OLD school Gods Coldblood, was the BEST Gods Coldblood.

I did put my old skool megathron in this btw but i guess this didn't please you..

At the end of the day i haven't pleased most of the people that actually post on alts or mains on this forum, i don't expect i ever will either!!

Man, I can understand your frustration with some people's responses, but I don't think you should take it down again.

For every person who comments here who dislikes the video, there are probably 5 people who watched it and loved it but didn't bother to comment. After all, only a tiny portion of the people who download and watch an eve video ever comment in the my eve forum, and people are always more likely to comment if they're unhappy than if they are happy.

For those who like it, you should keep it up, as it is, and let everyone else have their opinion :)

Havent had a chance to DL either version posted so far, but it sounds like you are trying to do too much. Just show us the fights bud 8). Ive never cared about the fancy editing of any video other than the "Clear Skies" series.

of course you had so many downloads. Your old videos are famous and so the interest in your new video is of course much higher. Because of the epicness of the old videos the expectations for this one were extremly high... and dont get me wrong - it is not about the fighting and the whole playing itself... its just about the editing. The video is too dark, hard to watch. And I dont understand why you start crying and bitching .. It should be allowed for everyone to post if there is something that they do not like.
And why the f*** dont you take this just as a critism as every other "producer" would and see if you can use it.
Think yourself - why are you making these videos? To be perfect and let people worship the golden calf and dont accept any appropiate criticism? Or are you making these videos to entertain and to improve with every next step?

I really enjoyed it and it's nice to see some distinction through the editing. The overview might not be as clear as it could but you can still figure out what's going on on the grid with a little effort.

It's nice to see you flying other ships and this is top-tier battleship soloing which is a rarity so all you ungrateful babbies can GTFO.

I remember when putting that much ISK on the line was a talking point, and even if ISK is easy to come by these days, solo pew is that much harder that It's a shame to see people acting so blasé about things that a partly obscured overview is such cause for complaint. Compare this to wave of mutilation 2 and think of the impact that had at the time.

Come on, stop going emo. Everyone needs to deal with critics and i believe they can be worse than "Its too dark, editing is overdone".

I actually said i liked the content, but all this floating, faded and darkened stuff is just too much to really enjoy it. On the other hand i wish i could do stuff like that but i guess i'm too lazy :)


With the 2 different openings i'm talking about the text stuff, which looks really nice and the duke stuff made me smile, and then continues into the fighting stuff without any discription whats happening. Then after some time the movie title gets displayed and you can read what and in what ship you are fighting, which feels like the movie just begun.

I guess with that floating HUD you tried to center on your ship but imho it made it only worse.

I, and maybe most people, just prefere a clear view of whats happening.



Dont go mad and stop making movies, seriously. I can only repeat myself, i liked the content and have much respect for that much isk dumped into a fight.
