Shouldn't Navy Academy be Naval Academy?

This is obviously not a major issue, but I always find it odd saying Federal Navy Academy. Out of curiosity I punched "Navy Academy" into Google and scanning the first several pages I do see "Army and Navy Academy" showing up, but no matches for just Navy Academy. Since it is a proper noun I suppose the Gallente can call it whatever they want, but I believe the common usage today is Naval Academy.

I'd be surprised if nobody else has mentioned this over the last 9 years, so my assumption is that the name has stayed Navy as to not confuse or upset people with a name change. Still I felt a need to point it out since it just sounds so weird.
