Nowhere on EVE is this being done now.

If you have an implant in place, the bonus is not being shown anywhere?

This should be changed.

Relying on other programs to obtain this information is lame.

We can do better here?

Attributes page shows how Implants affect your stats.
Augmentations page shows which specific implants you have in.

The math for Skill training is well understood.

You can do everything EvEmon does in a spiral bound notebook with access to EvEalopedia.
