To genuinely look real, character construction needs much more flexibility. Eye width, forehead & brow ridge etc. need less restriction - admittedly you'll also have people making characters that look completely bizarre but this is the future so why not?

Well that's my character, dude. My real life appearence couldn't possibly be modelled with any fidelity in EVE's primitive character creator. I'm so unbelievably attractive and rugged that I accidentally managed to crash EVE when I tried to model myself.

No, I don't mean I crashed the client. Remember that 96-hour downtime we had once? Yeah, that was me, trying to replicate myself in EVE Online. The servers just couldn't handle me.

Ask CCP Guard if you don't believe me. He's met me in person.
