Eystur III - Moon 2 - Quafe Company Factory, YC114-7-6 (For Immediate Release) -- Shadowknight Securities [SHADN] today announced the acquisition and integration of the My Little Rifter Corporation [MYLIR] for an undisclosed amount.

The buy-out agreement includes the entire My Little Rifter corporate structure including all staff, assets, intellectual properties, and other resources currently employed by My Little Rifter.

"I am proud to announce the buy-out of My Little Rifter and its subsequent merge with SHADN," said Rifter's last acting CEO Salena Ashera. "We have always been on good terms with SHADN and I am sure that we will only become closer. MYLIR has always fought for the security and safety of others, and I am sure that our pilots will continue this trend within SHADN."
