Low SP (you): Fly a Drake do lvl 3's.

LowISH: Fly a tengu, do lvl 4''s. Decline the "hard" ones.

Medium: Fly a CNR with T2 cruises.

High (for missioners): Fly a Mael > Vargur/Mach

How do you know when ure SP is low lowish medium etc? When you can fly those ships and well (skillwise)
