What is a preloaded site? What does it mean? Thanks.

Preloaded site is a site in which somebody activates an Incursion gate and draws all the enemy ships close to the landing point of the next fleet that would choose to do the site . That way the enemy ships are already in their optimal orbits and can deal damage / jam / scram / web as soon as the fleet come out of warp . If the fleet / FC is not competent enough then such a site may cause losses .
