The longest ongoing threads are all about WiS.

The "rate avatars" thread is 284 pages, the discussion on WiS was 214 when it was locked for trolling, the "avatar in your bed" is 175 pages, the "what is thinking" is 146 pages...

So it is safe to say that the avatars provide much better forum fun than anything else in game.

If someone wanted to take this serious (I know I didn't), you could have chosen a "jury" to pick up avatars for voting. Three or four people with different tastes and you would already have wider range of different contestants.
