Where In Eve Can You Find or Earn Snake Implants

Where, other than Jita, can you find or earn Snake Implants? Are these available anywhere as Loyalty Point awards? Drops from npcs?

Rare drops from Shadow Serpentis rats and from the Serpentis LP store.

I'm....80% sure I got most of mine in Dread Gurista drops. Though I generally kill Serpentis rats.

edit here. Zhilia may be totally right. I should have posted '50%'. Haven't gotten a Snake drop in a long time.

Actually, Guristas drop Crystals.

Halos -> Angel Cartel
Slaves -> Sansha's Nation
Snakes -> Serpentis
Crystals -> Guristas

Got a low grade one once in 0.5 after killing some Shadow frig, that was 2 years ago, not a single one since then.
OP has better time going to null serpentis home and mission for them or just mission to get the necessary isk to buy a full set.

i've had about half a dozen low grade snake drops in serpentis hisec plexes so far.

I should buy an Ishtar.

Go and make serpentis missions and you can buy them from LP.
