Recently had a large supply of high grade t2 veldspar mining crystals scammed by a character named something similar to chriba. I don't want to get in trouble for posting the exact name but be warned if someone similar to this offers secure 3rd party services. This was the first time i've been scammed in this game by someone who seemed trust worthy so please enjoy the tears mr chriba! Cry

To further help in elimination of his scams please let me know alts and list:

I still contend that Chribba is merely setting up the long con of a lifetime.

If Chribba decided to scam, he could steal hundreds of billions of isk. You are small time to him.

I know right that why i so shocked when he took my stuff. Hundreads of billions of isk pass through the guys hands but when it comes to veldspar related goods he get sticky fingers.

Actually, this has been an ongoing petition and afaik the pilot in question was taken actions against. Seeing as character impersonation is against the EULA.

People think they come up with a clever thing to scam by impersonating me (and others) while in reality all they do is break the EULA and earn themselves a ban/warning.

I'm at work now but when I get home I'll think about it. I probably should check chribba's kill board and see if I think I can take him. Heard he's a bit of a care bear but not sure.

Chribba spells his name with two "b"'s. The guy you dealt with spelled his with one. You weren't dealing with Chribba, you were dealing with Chriba. Two different people. Your scammer chose a name similar to the name of a very trusted ubercarebear in the community in the hopes that someone wouldn't notice the spelling difference.

Because Eve has very few rules, and scamming is (generally) not prohibited. It's actually a great way to make a lot of money in a short time if you're good at it. You've really got to watch your back in Eve, this isn't WoW. People can and will **** you given half a chance.

What is your native language? There is probably a corp somewhere with players who speak it.

Sorry pretty goon swarm recruiter lady, chribbba was nice enough to talk to me and explained the mix up. Hopefully I can get my mining crystals returned.

Doesn't matter what language is your first. It's not like "Chribba" is an actual english word or something. You just have to look and comprehend properly.
