Best API reader for security checks?

Heya,

I've been looking into several programs like EVEmon and EVEHQ to dig into API from recruits but none seem to give what I'm looking for. What I'm mostly interested in is wallet transaction (particularly player donations) since character creation, so far they all show me the data for a specific period and nothing beyond that. For obvious reasons I'd like to check full history regardless of date, not sure if this is a limitation within the API or not.

Does anyone know of better/more logical/useful API readers for recruit background checks? If at all possible only standalone versions as I'm a bit weary about using website based tools like that.

Thanks in advance.

You are limited to a maximum of a month's worth of data from the wallet APIs.

Ah... ok. That thus means EVEmon or EVEHQ is the best I'll get I guess.

Do you store the APIs? Is it ethical for someone to use an API without express permission in the app?

API keypairs are only saved if people click the short url link to hide the api key; you get a link like http://ridetheclown.com/eveapi/audit.php?key=6331dfab02524bf9313620e56527805f
