[GLTB#2] Long Term Bond 37b - Defaulted Loan.

Hello fellow MD readers,

On behalf of Privateer Nobody, I will be securing funding for a 29b bond. The bond is funded from GIRT deposits.

> Once a month, the interest payment will be made, likely to be done within the 1st week of each month.
> In the event of a default, investors will be refunded their capital investment and accrued interest to that point if possible. Any isk after the liquidation will be taken as my fee.
> Previous public and private investors will get priority, as will larger investors over smaller investors. This is to make things easier for me.

Privateer Nobody has transferred collateral over to me to cover to full amount of the bond. Collateral will be in the form of various T1 BPO's. Each BPO has been under-valued below market value.


The total Bond size will be 29b isk. (37b as of September)

The terms:
1b isk minimum investment
1b investment increments
No fixed duration (Approximately 1 year)
Cash out requests requires a 1 month notice, and will be cashed out as funds are available

Don ZOLA - 29b
Lanu - 8b

Privateer Nobody has expanded on the loan by 8b and has provided additional collateral. I've added Lanu as an investor for that 8b portion.

This one pays out 2%. The rate for the loan is 3%, where I take 1% as my fee for managing the whole thing. Necessary fees as you can imagine I have a lot of accounts with CEO characters that have to hold corporations and bpos as collateral. The fee is used to PLEX those accounts and of course have some pay in it for me.

This loan is now in risk of default. I've had no contact from Privateer Nobody for a few months, as well as no interest payments. As per my terms regarding missed interest payments, at the end of this month this loan will be in default. That is unless PN re-appears and makes up for the missed interest payments.

Just to clear a few things up, interest has been paid to investors regardless of Privateers Nobody's missed interest payments. I've paid them out of my pocket up front. Once or if this loan defaults, I'll be liquidating the collateral. All the investors isk will be placed back into my deposit pool ready for new investments. Since it will take me sometime to liquidate the collateral, I will be fronting the isk from my pocket to place into deposits, until collateral is completely sold off.

Will update this thread once I have more info.

To Candy, Josh, PSI, Debra, and VV; If by the end of the month the loan really does default, I'll certainly be setting up a sale. The loan is still technically not in default for another 3-4 days. So any sales would take place after that. I can make a post here to notify you guys of a liquidation. I may cherry pick a group of bpos from the collateral as a donation to some corp/alliance m8's. I'm not really decided on that yet.Blink
